Summary: Shiftano stores all your rosters, shift patterns, notes, and time records strictly locally on your device. There are no user accounts, no analytics tracking, no advertisements, and no cloud servers.

2. Core Privacy Philosophy
Shiftano is designed with Privacy by Default. The app functions completely offline without any account registration.
3. Data Stored Locally
- Roster Data: Shift types, start/end times, notes, categories, locations.
- Time Tracking Data: Clock-in/out timestamps, breaks, actual work hours.
- User Profiles & Settings: Target hours, overtime balance, vacation balance, visual preferences.
4. Permissions Used
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely for optional shift alarms.
- Calendar (READ/WRITE_CALENDAR): Used solely if you opt to export/sync shifts into your Android system calendar.
- Camera / Storage: Used strictly on-device for the OCR schedule scanner. Processing is 100% local.
